Cell Technology

Single lot Molicel INR-18650-M35A cells with full serialization and manufacturer data. Traceable from raw material through final assembly.

Space-Grade Materials

Scotchweld 2216 gray epoxy for cell staking. Aerospace-standard adhesive with documented outgassing properties and thermal stability.

Enhanced Venting

Removal of plastic FOD covers for improved thermal management. Direct venting path reduces thermal runaway propagation risk in enclosed environments.

Aerospace Connectivity

8-pin gold-plated automotive-rated connectors with >120V isolation in partial vacuum. Validated for connector reliability under pressure cycling.

Quality Assurance

Conformal coating for tin whisker mitigation. IEC 60664 conductor spacing maintained throughout PCB layout and wire routing.

Documentation

Complete build documentation, work instructions, risk assessments, full traceability. Every assembly step documented to aerospace prototype standards.
