Custom lithium-ion packs for development programs and flight test articles. Defined interfaces, structural integrity, and prototype turnaround without the 18-month lead time.
Development programs need a battery supplier who can move at program speed. MonoLith™ packs are built on extruded aluminum enclosures with internal cross-members and adhesively bonded modules, providing structure capable of surviving flight test environments without the weight penalty of overbuilt commercial prototypes.
The BMS supports CAN, HVIL, dual contactors with precharge, and isolation monitoring. Cell voltage and temperature sensing, passive balancing, and VCU-compatible messaging are standard. Configuration is tailored per program. Every pack ships with a full interface control document, CAN message map, and STEP CAD, issued on contract execution, not at delivery.
EBS works earlier in the program lifecycle, covering prototype, development, and flight test support, where a responsive, technically direct supplier adds more value than a large-volume certified house with 18-month minimum lead times.
Pre-certification and development phases. Programs that need hardware on the schedule, not on the wish list.
Development and flight test articles for electric propulsion programs, pre-certification phase. Defined interfaces from day one and prototype turnaround without the 18-month lead times of large-volume suppliers.
Extruded aluminum walls, internal cross-members, adhesively bonded modules. Designed for flight test vibration and shock environments.
STEP CAD, interface control document, CAN message map, LV pinout, and mounting drawings delivered on contract execution.
CAN, HVIL, dual contactors with precharge, isolation monitoring, cell V/T sensing, and passive balancing. VCU-compatible messaging configured per program.
Cell CID, module wire-bond fusing behavior, pack-level fuse, isolation monitoring, and HVIL: multiple independent protection layers.
Cell lot traceability, assembly records, and test summaries. Structured for AS9100 program workflows. EBS operates under internal quality procedures; AS9100 roadmap in progress.
Module-to-pack build, functional test, and documentation performed in Colorado.
Not a distributor. Not a large-volume certified house. Direct access to the engineers building your pack.
Prototype turnaround in 8–14 weeks without the minimum-order constraints and 18-month lead times of large-volume suppliers.
CAD, CAN DBC, LV pinout, and ICD issued on contract execution, not at delivery. Integration work starts immediately.
Extruded aluminum enclosures, internal cross-members, and adhesively bonded modules sized for the shock and vibration profiles of airborne programs.
Module-to-pack build, functional test, and program documentation performed in Colorado. Not offshore-assembled and rebranded.
Cell lot traceability, assembly records, and test summaries structured to slot into AS9100-aligned programs. Note: EBS is not currently AS9100 certified.
Direct access to the engineers designing and assembling your pack. Program-speed communication without layers of account management.
Broad envelope and duty cycle coverage with rugged construction. Scalable S/P architecture suited for electric propulsion development, UAV platforms, and ground test support.
