Overview

Defense programs don't get second chances. MonoLith™ packs are built around that reality. Extruded aluminum enclosures with internal cross-members and thick faceplates provide the structural rigidity and impact resistance field conditions demand, while V-0 flame-rated materials and rim-bonded modules keep thermal events contained.

Every pack ships with a defined electrical interface: CAN DBC objects, HVIL, dual contactors with precharge, isolation monitoring, and VCU-compatible outputs. CAD and ICD documentation are available from day one. Configuration is tailored to program requirements, so integration starts from a known baseline, not a blank sheet.

We build in the United States, source cells with full lot traceability, and keep assembly off foreign networks. From prototype to fielding, the process is structured to move at program speed.

01
Send Targets
Submit voltage, capacity, envelope, and interface requirements. Engineering reviews for in-family fit and flags any constraints before commitment.
02
Fit Check and ICD
On contract: STEP CAD, interface control document, CAN DBC objects, and LV harness pinout. Integration begins immediately.
03
Build and Test
U.S. assembled in Colorado with full lot traceability. Functional test, assembly records, and test summaries delivered with hardware.

Program Advantages

In-Family Fit Check

Faster quoting and known lead-time tiers

Docs on Day One

CAD + ICD, CAN DBC/objects, mounting constraints

Supportability

Pack-level MSD for safe isolation, clear diagnostics/logging hooks, and defined spares/rotation strategies, without requiring field disassembly.

Safety Layers

Cell CID → module wire-bond behavior → pack fuse

Why Defense Teams Choose EVolve Battery

U.S.-engineered and assembled

Designed, built, and documented entirely in the United States, with no overseas manufacturing dependencies for supply chain assurance on sensitive programs.

Ruggedized for field deployment

Extruded aluminum enclosures with internal cross-members, thick faceplates, and V-0 flame-rated materials rated for the shock, vibration, and temperature ranges of field conditions.

Field-replaceable modular design

Pack-level MSD for safe isolation and a modular internal architecture that supports rotation strategies and forward operating use without full disassembly.

Discreet packaging and documentation options

Program-specific qualification plans and documentation can be structured to align with your security workflows, coordinated on request.

Mil-spec compatible connector options

Configuration options support mil-spec connector standards; LV pinout, CAN DBC objects, and mounting constraints documented from day one.

No overseas manufacturing dependencies

Operational security starts in the supply chain. Direct-sourced cells with lot traceability and U.S.-only assembly keep sensitive program data off foreign networks.
