Overview

Industrial and robotics integrators need a battery supplier who moves at their schedule, provides clean integration documentation, and builds hardware that survives real operating environments. MonoLith™ packs are built on extruded aluminum enclosures with internal cross-members and wire-bonded modules, providing structure that holds up to the vibration, thermal cycling, and duty cycles of industrial deployments.

The BMS supports CAN, HVIL, dual contactors with precharge, isolation monitoring, and passive balancing. Cell voltage and temperature sensing and VCU-compatible messaging are standard. Configuration is tailored per application. Every pack ships with a full ICD, CAN message map, and STEP CAD issued at contract execution, not at delivery.

Use Cases

Select a category to see how EBS supports that application.

AMRs, AGVs, and Warehouse Automation

Pack families designed for the duty cycles and envelope constraints of autonomous mobile robots, AGVs, and warehouse automation platforms. Clean mechanical interfaces, CAN-based BMS, and fast fit-check against your CAD before committing to a build.

Why Industrial Teams Choose EVolve Battery

Not a catalog supplier. Not a distributor. Direct access to the engineers building your pack.

Defined Interfaces from Day One

CAD, CAN DBC, and LV pinout issued on contract execution, not weeks into the program. Integration work starts immediately.

U.S. Final Assembly and Validation

Built and tested in Colorado. Module-to-pack assembly, functional test, and documentation are performed domestically, not drop-shipped from overseas.

Flexible MOQ

Prototype quantities to fleet scale without minimum-order pressure. A single development unit gets the same documentation package as a volume order.

Uptime-Focused Architecture

Pack-level manual service disconnect, clear diagnostics hooks, and layered fusing. Field-serviceable without full pack disassembly.

Responsive Engineering Contact

Direct access to the engineers designing and building your pack. No sales intermediary, no ticket queue. Program-speed communication.

Traceability Documentation

Cell lot traceability, assembly records, and test summaries provided with every build. Structured for integrators who need it in their DHF.

Recommended Platforms

MonoLith™ X2 Series
