Integration Notes

Key considerations when designing this module into your battery system.

Bus-bar Torque

M6 studs require 5.5 Nm torque with Loctite 243 (threadlocker). Verify torque with a calibrated wrench.

Pack-Level Fuse

A pack-level fuse is mandatory. Size the main fuse below 120 % of the cumulative parallel module current rating.

Thermal Monitoring

Each module includes isolated NTC thermistors. Connect all thermistors to your BMS for continuous temperature monitoring.

Series Stacking

Stack up to 138 modules in series (500 VDC system limit). Maintain proper creepage and clearance for your voltage class.

BMS Requirements

Each module is 1S — your BMS must monitor cell-group voltage and balance across all series-connected modules.

Parallel Strings

Multiple modules can be paralleled for increased capacity. Current ratings scale linearly with parallel count.
