MonoLith Battery Systems

200V High-Power Battery Systems

Motor drives, aerospace APU, and defense propulsion

The 200V bus is the engineering standard for direct-drive motors and auxiliary power systems in mid-power industrial, aerospace, and defense applications. MonoLith offers 122 high-power configurations spanning 180-316.8V, 8.6-38 kWh energy, and 101-222 kW continuous discharge. This cluster differs from general 200V browsing-it targets programs requiring 100+ kW discharge at 200V bus for motor drives, APU, and propulsion applications.

Motor Drives and Direct-Drive Propulsion

The 200V nominal bus is the preferred architecture for electric motor drive systems in mid-power industrial and mobile applications. Three-phase AC induction and permanent-magnet motors in the 50-150 kW range are optimized for 180-320V battery inputs; at this voltage, standard power electronics achieve their best efficiency and thermal margins.

Applications include industrial floor cleaning equipment, golf-course maintenance vehicles, material-handling forklifts, heavy-duty utility vehicles, and commercial shuttle buses. All configurations support continuous-duty profiles with 60+ minute run times and rapid thermal cycling.

Aerospace Auxiliary Power Units (APU) and Emerging Electric Aircraft

Emerging electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft and next-generation electric general aviation platforms increasingly favor 200V bus architectures for mid-power APU and backup power roles. The 200V nominal voltage strikes a balance between automotive-scale (400V) and high-voltage distribution (800V): abundant power electronics vendors support 200V, and aircraft electrical integration is straightforward.

MonoLith 200V high-power systems are certification-pathway-ready for DO-160 / DO-254 aerospace environmental qualification. Energy spans the full range with discharge power optimized for ground-start and in-flight APU duty cycles. Lead times are 8-10 weeks NRE-free.

Defense Ground Vehicle Power and Propulsion

Military ground vehicles-especially autonomous combat platforms, electronic warfare vehicles, and expeditionary communication nodes-operate on standardized 200V or 270V bus architectures. MonoLith 200V high-power cluster is purpose-built for this segment: rugged NMC chemistry, extended temperature operation, and validated against MIL-STD vibration and thermal shock profiles.

Discrete power ratings and voltage bands ensure seamless integration with legacy defense power distribution, motor drives, and firing-control systems without custom engineering. Quantities range from prototypes (1-5 units) to production batches (50+) with consistent 8-12 week lead times.
