Automotive Traction Systems and Heavy-Duty EVs

The 350V nominal platform is the default voltage for battery electric trucks (BETs), long-haul delivery vehicles, and performance electric cars. At this voltage, current levels remain manageable, minimizing copper losses over the long cable harnesses required in platform-based vehicle architectures.

MonoLith packs in this band deliver range for medium-duty trucks and full-size passenger vehicles, while peak discharge power supports aggressive acceleration, mountain grades, and trailer hauling. Thermal management is critical at this power level-MonoLith integrated active cooling and cell-level monitoring ensure safe operation across the -20C to 60C automotive envelope.

DC Fast Charging and Infrastructure

Rapid DC charging stations (150-350 kW) are architected for 350V buses, enabling standardized connector topologies and simplified power conversion. MonoLith 350V packs accept high charging current, achieving 20-80% state-of-charge in under 30 minutes for fleet operations and public infrastructure.

The distinct configurations support OEMs across vehicle classes-light commercial and mid-range passenger cars leverage lower energy densities for cost optimization, while performance sedans and long-haul trucks push toward higher capacities for extended mission profiles. Charging curve optimization and cell balancing are engineered for millions of cycles.

Industrial Traction and Specialty Vehicles

Beyond road vehicles, the 350V band powers electric mining haul trucks, port cargo movers, and specialty mobile equipment where durability and sustained power delivery outweigh cost sensitivity. MonoLith packs engineered for these applications feature vibration tolerance, EMI hardening, and extreme-condition cell cycling.
